Updated, 10:20 a.m. Dec. 30MANCHESTER, NJ — A Manchester Township man has been found safe after a search Thursday morning. George Barnes, 88, of Whiting, was found safe around 10 a.m. Manchester police issued an updated alert about 10:15 a.m. saying he had been found. He had left his home about 8 a.m. Thursday, Manchester police said."Thank you for your assistance," the updated police alert said.
