'Severe Flooding' Closing Some Brick Roads: Police
Police are urging residents to stay off the roads if at all possible and to exercise caution if the see flooded streets,

BRICK, NJ — Heavy rain overnight has caused flooding of some streets in Brick, township police said Monday morning, and more is possible as the rain continues to fall,
The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning for Ocean County that is in effect until at least 12:30 p.m., the service said. Forecasters predict heavy rainfall at rates of 1 inch or more per hour and said streams could overflow in flood-prone areas.
Brick police said severe flooding has made some roads impassable.

"If you must travel, use caution and do not drive through flooded roads," police said in Nixle alert.
