Sheriff's Office Issues Notice On Low-Flying Helicopters
Brick residents may see them during the next two weeks, officials say.

Brick Township residents may see low-flying helicopters over the course of the next two weeks, but officials say residents should not be alarmed.
In a Nixle alert issued Monday morning, the Ocean County Sheriff’s Office said Jersey Central Power and Light has contracted with Haverfield Company, which specializes in aerial inspections and repairs on electrical lines, to inspect JCP&L’s power lines throughout the county.
“During the next two weeks Haverfield Co. will be conducting JCP&L’s Spring Transmission Aerial Patrol. Expect low-flying patrols,” the alert reads.
