Special Brick Zoning Board Meeting Canceled Wednesday

The meeting was scheduled to hear testimony on an application by Kamson

BRICK, NJ — The special meeting of the Brick Township Board of Adjustment that was scheduled for Wednesday night to hear an application for apartments and retail on the triangle property at Route 88, Jack Martin Boulevard and Burrsville Road.

The application from Kamson Corp. includes 92 apartments and 48,000 square feet of retail space, according to a report by Jersey Shore Online. The new proposal, called Bay Pointe Village, eliminated a hotel that was part of an application before the Brick Township Planning Board in 2015.

A reschedule date for the application was not immediately announced.
