1- Put a post it note on the fridge or bathroom mirror- GO TO THE MAX!
2-Go to bed with the mindset that when the alarm goes off- GET UP!
3- Believe that you will reach your goals- ONE DAY AT A TIME!
4- Lay your clothes out the night before- NO SCRAMBLING LOOKING FOR YOUR STUFF!
5- DO YOUR FOOD LIST/SHOPPING/ORDERING MAX MEALS- NO GOING HUNGRY!!!
6- Use your MAX friends as leverage on yourself- I HAVE TO GO BECAUSE THEY WILL LOOK FOR ME!
When I was a MAX Member, I didn't miss a class- seriously! I couldn't wait to go, I couldn't wait to see my friends there, and I could NOT wait to see my 10 Week Picture! That is what motivated me to stay consistent!
