Stuck On The Parkway Friday Night? It's Just Traffic

If you're headed to Toms River or points south this evening, have patience: officials are reporting a 15-mile backup on the Garden State Parkway due solely to heavy traffic.

The New Jersey Department of Transportation website 511nj.org was reporting the backup, from exit 82 north to Interstate 195, and that the traffic is adding 25 to 30 minutes to southbound travel time.
