SummerFest Tonight! Last Of The Summer!

The appearance by The Bronx Wanderers was postponed due to stormy skies last month.

SummerFest is on tonight, the last one of the Summer of 2015 in Brick.

The Bronx Wanderers are scheduled to perform after their previously scheduled SummerFest appearance had to be postponed due to threatening weather.

Tonight, however, the father-and-sons trio will be on hand to help you rock out to songs from the 1950s, ’60s and ’70s. The food court will be open as will the beer and wine garden for those 21 and older.

The New Jersey Hall of Fame Mobile Museum also will be onsite. And there will be fireworks to close out the night.

Though the skies are overcast, there does not appear to be a significant threat of storms, according to Accuweather radar at 5 p.m.

Free Shuttles buses are available from Drum Point Elementary School, Brick Township High School and Midstreams Elementary School beginning at 5pm. The last shuttle to Windward is at 8pm. Return trips begin at 9pm. Children ages 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
