Swastikas Spray-Painted At Ocean County Playground: Report
Breaking: Anti-Semitic graffiti spray-painted on the equipment also included the phrase "Hail Hitler," according to the report.

LAKEWOOD, NJ — Lakewood police are investigating after swastikas and other anti-Semitic graffiti were found at a playground across from a yeshiva, according to a report.
The Asbury Park Press reported Lakewood police said the graffiti was reported Thursday afternoon.
According to the report, there are several swastikas and the phrase Hail Hitler spray-painted on playground equipment a Second Street playground, right across from a yeshiva and next to a camp.

There also are swastikas painted on the door of a building that advertises "Camp Galee," according to the report.
Detective Lt. Gregory Staffordsmith of the Lakewood Police Department told the Press anyone with information should contact Detective Michael Cavallo at 732-363-0200, ext. 5317.

There have been two incidents in Toms River with graffiti at a playground on Riverwood Park in the North Dover section of town in the last year as well. Those incidents were under investigation as bias crimes.
