Take Your Kids To A Drive-In Movie At Windward Beach
The Brick SummerFest Drive-In movie series begins Friday.

BRICK, NJ — What's summer without going to a drive-in movie?
If you're older than, um, 20, you likely remember how common it was to go to a drive-in. These days they've become scarce, but Brick Township revives the tradition each summer with the drive-in movie series that's part of its SummerFest schedule.
The first one of 2017 is scheduled for Friday evening and the free screening is the family-friendly "Zootopia."

The drive-in movies are held at Windward Beach Park. You can pull your car into the park to a designated area and watch from your car or you can bring a blanket or chairs and sit on the grass in an area closer to the screen.
The movie starts when it's dark enough, and the soundtrack is broadcast on the radio on 87.9 FM.
