Thunderstorms Moving Into Brick: Forecasters
Stormy weather is possible into Friday afternoon; warm temperatures will give way to a chilly weekend forecasters say.

Forecasters are warning Ocean County residents to be aware of thunderstorms and strong winds that are possible through Friday afternoon.
Thunderstorms began moving into the area about 11 a.m., with Accuweather radar showing a large area of storms moving northeast from Burlington County into Ocean County.
The National Weather Service said the wind and rain are expected to continue throughout the afternoon, with the most intense storms likely before 3 p.m.

High temperatures Friday will be in the mid-70s but will fall throughout the weekend, the Mount Holly office forecast said.

Friday night
A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 51. West wind 7 to 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40 percent.
Saturday
Showers likely, mainly before 2 p.m. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 60. West wind 5 to 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60 percent. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.
Saturday Night
A slight chance of showers before 8 p.m., then a chance of showers after 11 p.m. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 35. Breezy, with a west wind 8 to 13 mph increasing to 18 to 23 mph after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 40 percent.
Sunday
Mostly sunny, with a high near 46. Windy, with a northwest wind 24 to 29 mph, with gusts as high as 50 mph. Low temperature around 34 degrees Sunday.
