How much time we spend on social media on a daily basis is more than many Americans spend being active in a WEEK!

We're all guilty of perhaps spending too much time on social media- Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Candy Crush! It's fun to catch up with friends and see what's going on in other people's lives, but what's going on in YOUR life?
Did you know that the average American spends up to 20% of their day on their devices scrolling through social media? THAT'S HUGE!!!
