Touch A Truck & Public Safety Day at Jackson Premium Outlets

Children can enjoy an up close look at larger-than-life vehicles as well as public safety tips during a fun-filled afternoon

Jackson Premium Outlets, a Simon center, invites children of all ages and their families to Touch A Truck & Public Safety Day on Saturday, September 24 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

During the event, attendees can get an up close look and explore over 10 emergency service and public works vehicles including; police cars, a mobile command unit, fire trucks, ambulances and more.

Touch A Truck & Public Safety Day is sponsored locally by New Jersey Natural Gas and includes vehicles from the following agencies; New Jersey State Police, Ocean County Sheriff’s Office, Cassville, Millstone and Jackson Mills fire departments, Jackson First Aid, Quality Medical and Jackson Police Department.

There will also be public safety demonstrations offering great tips and important information for families and children by all of the attending organizations, as well as an appearance by New Jersey Central K9 Search and Rescue, who along with canine members of the unit, will highlight how dogs are used in case of an emergency.
