TRAFFIC ALERT: Paving On Mantoloking Road In Brick

Breaking: The work is expected to continue for several days.

BRICK, NJ — Motorists traveling in the eastern portion of Brick Township should expect travel delays if they are planning to travel Mantoloking Road.

That's because the Ocean County Roads Department is milling and paving the portion of Mantoloking Road from Adamston Road to the foot of the Mantoloking Bridge this week.

A letter from the county roads department to residents in the area, posted to Facebook by the Brick Township Police Department, said the project was expected to begin at 7 a.m. Monday. It will take several days to complete the work on the roughly 1.5-mile stretch, according to the letter.
