Transportation, Athletic Director Hires On Brick School Board Agenda
The agenda for the special meeting of the Board of Education Wednesday night includes candidates for several positions.

When the Brick Township Board of Education meets tonight, it will be asked to approve promotions of an athletic director and transportation director, in addition to swearing in a new board member.
The special board meeting is set to begin at 6:15 p.m. with the swearing-in of Vito Gagliardi Sr., the selection of interim Executive Ocean County Superintendent Todd C. Flora to fill the board seat vacated in April when John Talty resigned due to health issues.
But Gagliardi’s swearing-in ceremony is only part of what is on tap for the board, which will be meeting at Veterans Memorial Middle School.
