Van Crash At Kentwood Apartments Still Under Investigation: Brick PD
The van's driver was taken to the hospital with chest pain after the crash, police said. Two people in the building complained of leg pain.

BRICK, NJ — Authorities are continuing to investigate Saturday's crash where a van went through a wall into an apartment at the Kentwood Apartment Complex in Brick, police said Tuesday.
The crash that was reported about 1:10 p.m. Saturday sent the van's driver, Robert Albanese, 55, of Brick, to the hospital because he complained of chest pain, Brick Sgt. Jim Kelly said.
A witness told the Asbury Park Press the van had sat for 30 seconds in the shopping center exit near the McDonald's, until the vehicle behind the van honked. The witness said the van drove straight across Van Zile Road into the apartment building.

Two people in the apartment that was hit complained of leg pain but refused medical attention, Kelly said.
The hole in the building had been boarded up by Sunday afternoon.
