This week we are offering the following classes:

MONDAY 8/1/16

6:30pm-8pm How to Run from a Cheetah

How do we run from a Cheetah? Actually your body is already great at it, we do it every day. Do you understand the impact of running from a cheetah day after day?

You have heard the buzz words, stress, cortisol, “fight or flight”, but what do they mean to us, what IS stress? How does it affect our bodies, our happiness and our lives?

In this workshop you will learn:

* Understand the body’s physiological process in response to stress

*Understand good stress versus bad stress

*Apply understanding of the body’s stress response to your own health

*How our happiness and our health are affected due to stress

*Evaluate your own stress levels

*Learn a 5 minute daily routine to help reduce stress

WEDNESDAY 8/3/16

10am-12pm Advanced Reiki Share Level 3 and 4

Advance Reiki shares with discussions, questions and practice with a staff Reiki Master.

10am-11am Peace Class

Use Law of attraction to raise your vibration and get relief from the lower emotions to feel your way to more Happiness and a stronger foundation. This strength is what leads to good manifesting!

7:30pm-9:30pm Medium Development Group

Geared for those individuals who seek to have a better understanding of how the world of Spirit blends with our world in the here and now. Those dealing with grief, or suffering from the loss of a loved one, can also benefit from these gatherings. First and foremost we are dedicated to removing all the myths and fears connected with the Spirit World.

Each gathering will begin with a Meditation with focus on our Chakras, our energy center. You will also have the opportunity to participate in exercises which will help you have a better understanding of how Spirit is connecting with you. When time allows, all will be invited to participate in a Spirit Circle, bringing in messages from loved ones who now reside on the other side.

5:30pm-7:30pm Reiki Share

Put aside this weekly time slot to practice and share the gift of Reiki with other practitioners. We step into our practice; giving and receiving, finding validation and encouragement.

SATURDAY 8/6/16

9am-5pm Intermediate IET Class

Second class for Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®) is hands on energy therapy that get the “issues out of your tissues”. IET® safely and gently releases limiting energy patterns of your past, empowering and balancing your life in the present.

Students need: wear comfortable clothing and bring a lunch/snacks.

Prerequisites: Basic IET®

10am-4pm Advanced Mediumship

During this workshop learn the depth of your own gifts and abilities in an Evidential

way. Also receive a better understanding of how you are connecting to the world of
Spirit and how to strengthen and nourish these special gifts.

5pm-6:15pm Vinyasa Yoga (All Levels)

A vinyasa based yoga class.

Through learning to us the physical movment and syncing with the breathe we can calm the mind.

Learn how to practice yoga and deepen your practice. All levels welcome!!

Wear loose comfortable clothing, bring yoga mats, blocks or straps you would like to use.
