Reiki 1 for Caregivers (Day Two)

9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Basic introductory level one class specifically geared for family or professional caregivers. Reiki is a gentle touch modality that induces a sense of relaxation and well-being. Excellent self care tool or easy to learn method to comfort others. This course is taught in one full-day or two half-day sessions with time built-in for practice. After completion of the course, participants are encouraged to attend weekly Reiki shares to improve their skills, answer questions, and deepen their practice.
This is a two day class.

A safe place for women to come together to build their strong foundation, and get clear for setting goals, especially for the holidays and new year. We will use law of attraction mediation, Reiki, and other energy techniques to clear blockages, and allow more energy flow to become our Highest Selves. The ultimate goal is to be community, showing loving compassion for ourselves and each other, and assist each other as well to reach our desired personal goals in the areas of Self, Relationships, Health, Money, and Success.

Medium Development Class

7:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Geared for those individuals who seek to have a better understanding of how the world of Spirit blends with our world in the here and now. Those dealing with grief, or suffering from the loss of a loved one, can also benefit from these gatherings. First and foremost we are dedicated to removing all the myths and fears connected with the Spirit World.
Each gathering will begin with a Meditation with focus on our Chakras, our energy center. You will also have the opportunity to participate in exercises which will help you have a better understanding of how Spirit is connecting with you. When time allows, all will be invited to participate in a Spirit Circle, bringing in messages from loved ones who now reside on the other side.

Hip Opening Flow- Yoga for Dealing with Frustration

Find yourself dealing with frustration on a regular basis? Get angry for small minute details of the day? Channel this energy in to a hip opening yoga class. Most often: anger, frustration, stress and denial are held in the hips. Class will go through a hip opening sequence allow for release of the ligaments, tendons and muscles and through this also releasing negative emotions also harnessed there. Followed by a meditation to release these negative emotions and a short discussion amongst the group after.
