Weichert's Brick Office To Host Shoe Drive To Benefit Court Appointed Special Advocates Of New Jersey

Frances “Fran” Graffeo, manager of Weichert, Realtors’ Brick sales office, has announced that her office has joined forces with Court Appointed Special Advocates of New Jersey (CASA) to collect new and gently-used shoes for men, women and children of all ages.

In honor of child abuse awareness month, the local community is invited to fill an unlimited amount of bags with up to 25 pairs of new or gently-worn shoes in any style, color or size. Bags can be dropped off at the Weichert Brick office located at 740 Brick Boulevard, between 8:30AM and 9:00PM daily, and Sundays until 6:00PM from now until the end of April.

“My team and I look forward to this shoe drive each year,” said Graffeo. “This is our way of giving back to the community and helping those who are in need and we are grateful to be able to make a difference.”

CASA’s mission is to provide a voice for abused and neglected children by empowering a statewide network of county-based CASA programs. Working through community volunteers, these programs advocate on behalf of children in foster care and other out-of-home placements to ensure their well-being and ultimate placement in safe and nurturing permanent homes.
