We're HALFWAY to summer! Are you feeling your best?

We're at the halfway point to summer!! Before you know it, you'll be thinking about HOW to look better! The truth is, you'd want to start soon!
Our Spring into Summer Challenge begins on March 27th, and that takes your right up to Memorial Day Weekend in 10 short weeks!
We're enrolling new members NOW. Our Spring Challenge is our busiest time of year- more than the New Year!
Here's WHY:
How important is it to you to be feeling your LEVEL 10 BEST? On a scale of 1 to 10, if you're more than a 4, you should call us and come try a class!
How close are you to reaching that goal with your current plan on a scale of 1 to 10? If you're less than 10, you need to call us!!

Structure is what makes The MAX such a successful program! Building a solid foundation to start is important!
It's difficult to find the balance between work/home, nutrition/exercise, family/self. Sometimes it feels easier to just forget about it! You CAN find balance!
I love to eat, just like most people, but not everything you like to enjoy is good to eat often...but we teach our members some tricks! LIKE COOKIES? YES!!

But what about the rest of it...starting a new routine...getting up earlier, changing my schedule, feeling tired, sore, food shopping differently...UGH!!! It can seem overwhelming:
In just a quick 45 minute workout 5 days a week, you can begin to see changes right away- increased energy, better mood, more positive outlook! When you couple that with the Simple and Easy Nutrition Plan, you'll start to see changes right away there too- skin and hair look better, clothes fitting better, increased metabolism- just to name a few! The last part is the Motivation- you'll find yourself looking forward to going to class, enjoying the music and the instructor's energy, chatting with other members about the workout, and how you're feeling- that sense of community plays a big part in the overall enjoyment and success of our members!
