A winter storm warning remains in effect until 3 p.m. today as winds will remain strong, blowing around the snow we did receive, which is now expected to top out at 4 to 8 inches for much of the state, with far less near Philadelphia. Winds will be from the northwest at 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 40 mph.
Coastal flood warnings also have been lifted, as the strongest of the winds -- which were expected to exacerbate high tide -- are now well out of range of the coast as well.
