What is The MAX Challenge?
The Max Challenge of Brick is here! You may have heard about “The MAX”, but what IS this challenge? The MAX Challenge is a 10 Week Body Transformation program designed for you to enjoy fast and long lasting changes to your appearance and overall well-being. The fitness center – it’s not a “gym,”– quickly converts strangers to friends as well as couch potatoes to active people!

The MAX is unique- there’s no maze of exercise equipment to navigate through! Classes are small and designed for all fitness levels to reach their goals! “We provide a lot of ongoing support, especially in terms of nutrition and motivation,” said Denise Medford, the owner of The MAX Challenge of Brick.

“The MAX is like having a personal trainer, nutritionist, and success coach all rolled into one!”
After the 10 Week challenge is over, members can keep coming to The MAX Challenge on a month-to-month basis with no contracts.
The next Challenge begins on January 8th! There is an OPEN HOUSE on January 6th at 9am! This is an opportunity to try The MAX! Call them for more information!
Some insurance carriers will cover the cost of the program as part of their own fitness programs too! Special rates for first responders and military! Call 732-701-3423 for information.
Classes are held Monday through Friday at 5 a.m., 6 a.m., 7am, 8 a.m., 930 a.m., 3:15pm 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
