$10K Winning Lottery Ticket Sold At Somerset County Deli

The ticket was among two third-tier prizewinning tickets sold for the Tuesday, May 17 Mega Millions lottery.

RARITAN, NJ — Two tickets, including one sold in Somerset County, for the Tuesday, May 17 Mega Millions drawing won the third-tier prize.

The tickets were sold at E & M Deli, 1 West Somerset St., Raritan and Jackpocket, 355 Warwick Turnpike, Hewitt.

The Raritan ticket claimed the $10,000 prize while the Hewitt ticket was purchased with the Megaplier option, multiplying the prize to $40,000.

Both tickets matched four of the five white balls and the gold ball. The numbers were: 07, 21, 24, 41, and 65. The Gold Mega Ball was 24, and the Megaplier Multiplier was 04.

The jackpot rolls to $131 million for the next drawing to be held on Friday at 11 p.m. All New Jersey Lottery Mega Millions tickets must be purchased before 10:45 pm to participate in the drawing.
