BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Superintendent, principal, and educational administrator salaries have increased state-wide including in Bridgewater, according to data from the New Jersey Department of Education.

That data includes superintendents, principals and other employees in administrative positions — down to assistant principals — within New Jersey schools. Out of roughly 8,400 people who fit the description, 2,556 of them made $150,000 or more.

In Somerset County, John Ravally, Superintendent of Franklin Township Public Schools was the highest paid and ranked at number 54 in the state. He has six years and makes $235,184. Harold Dunsavage, Superintendent of Somerset County Educational Services Commission School District followed at number 82 in the state, has 41 years of service and makes $227,919.
