The 2024 NJ Senior Olympics conducted Sept. 6-7 in Woodbridge NJ, has brought athletes from the north-eastern region of the US. These athletes have competed at national levels and some of them are here on the field to prove their mettle. There are many categories of activities, track and field to tennis, swimming and many more for ages 50 and above for both men and women. Nicholas Noor of Readington Township participated at the Olympics held in Woodbridge NJ and was awarded two medals for Long Jump and the Triple Jump, winning a Bronze and Gold for his achievements. He has been participating since 2012 and has acquired a medal or two each year and has up to 18 medals to date he says. He thanks his local Gold Gym for his training and support of the trainers.
