280 Gallons Of Used Cooking Oil Stolen From Bridgewater Restaurant
Bridgewater Police released the latest police blotter that includes thefts of catalytic converters, car burglaries, shoplifting and more.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Bridgewater Police released the latest police blotter that includes thefts of catalytic converters, car burglaries, shoplifting and more.
On April 20 at around 8:33 a.m.: A business located on East Main Street reported the theft of
catalytic converters from five of their vehicles. The vehicles were parked in a rear parking lot.
On May 11 at about 11:16 a.m.: Nassire Phillips, 23, of Plainfield, was stopped for shoplifting at Target, located at 200 Promenade Blvd. Phillips stole store merchandise valued at $849.98. A complaint summons was completed and Phillips was released with a pending court appearance.

On May 12: A victim reported their vehicle had been stolen from a business on East Main Street. The victim reported they parked their 2020 Honda Accord in the front parking lot and left it unlocked with the keys in it.
On May 13: An employee of the Chimney Rock Inn located at 800 Thompson Ave. reported a theft.
Someone stole 280 gallons of used cooking oil from a storage container located on the outside
of the business. The used oil was valued at $1,722.

On May 13 at about 1:56 p.m.: Steven Julius, 31, of Middlesex, was stopped for shoplifting at Target, located at 200 Promenade Blvd. Julius stole store merchandise valued at $286.27. A complaint summons was completed and Julius was released with a pending court appearance.
On May 13 at about 2:35 p.m.: A business located on Chimney Rock Road reported the theft of catalytic converters from two of their vehicles. The vehicles were parked in the parking lot to the rear of the property.
On June 6 at about 11:59 p.m.: Danica Smith, 41, of Bridgewater was stopped for shoplifting
at Target, located at 200 Promenade Blvd. Smith stole store merchandise valued at $1,002.31. A
complaint summons was completed and Smith was released with a pending court appearance.
On June 10: A resident of Papen Road reported their vehicle had been burglarized. The victim advised that their vehicle had been parked in their driveway and was unlocked. Someone entered the vehicle and removed a wallet containing credit cards and cash.
On June 10 at about 2:19 p.m.: Chrisaund Rivera, 35, of Bridgewater, was stopped for shoplifting at Target, located at 200 Promenade Blvd. Rivera stole store merchandise valued at $372.13. A complaint summons was completed and Rivera was released with a pending court appearance.
