"Zorro is an adult domestic short hair mix. Zorro is a handsome male cat that is looking for a new family. He's a sweet boy that enjoys human affection and has a lot of love to give one lucky family."

• Black Labrador Retriever & Curly-Coated Retriever Mix

"My name is Buck, and I am a super handsome, 1 year old Retriever mix with a gorgeous, shiny black coat. I was rescued from the Somerset Regional Animal Shelter as a small puppy, and now I am back because my adoptees did not realize that I would grow to be a dog…go figure. Sure, everyone wants their puppies to stay puppies forever, but it is not my fault that I grew into this large dog that you see before you. I may be tall, but don’t let that fool you because inside this big dog is a forever puppy. I am friendly and sweet, and just want a family who knows how to love unconditionally. I believe that things happen for a reason, and that I never would have been truly happy with a family who could give me back so easily. So, their loss is your gain. Having had the taste of shelter freedom makes it a little hard to be back, but ‘chin up’…that’s my motto!"

SRAS is open daily from noon to 4 p.m. with extended hours until 7 p.m. on Wednesday. SRAS is located at 100 Commons Way in Bridgewater.
