8-Year-Old's Threat On Bridgewater School Bus Not Credible: Cops
An 8-year-old child made a threat on a Bridgewater primary school bus causing a search on Monday, police said.
BRIDGEWATER, NJ — An 8-year-old child made a threat on a Bridgewater primary school bus causing a search on Monday, police said.
The threat was made on Crim School bus number 6 on Oct. 7.
It was found not to be credible, Bridgewater Police Lt. John Mitzak said.

"The student's bags and residence were searched and no weapons were located," Mitzak said.
A letter was sent out to parents of students on bus 6 on Monday notifying them of the situation.

Crim School Principal Kelliann Ten Kate did not immediately respond to Patch's request for commment.
