8th Grade Student Selected, Performed In Regional Percussion Ensemble
Eighth grader Liam Walsh earned a spot in the selective CJMEA ensemble following a competitive audition process in January.

SOMERVILLE, NJ — An eighth-grade student from Immaculate Conception School has earned recognition for his musical talents after participating in a regional performance ensemble.
Liam Walsh was selected to perform with the Central Jersey Music Educators Association intermediate percussion ensemble. The program brings together middle school musicians from across the region to perform in a collaborative setting.
Walsh auditioned for the ensemble in January and was accepted into the group.
