Both appointments run from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, and each position carries a salary of $140,000.

Superintendent Robert Beers introduced both administrators to the Board of Education and the community during the Tuesday meeting.

He said Guglietti is not new to the district, but is moving into a new role.

"Dave brings a wealth of experience in health and physical education leadership to Bridgewater Raritin," Beers said. "He's no stranger to our district, having served as our health and physical education supervisor since 2022, where he's already made a meaningful impact on curriculum, instruction, and the culture of our schools."

Beers said Guglietti previously served as a vice principal at St. Leo the Great School in Lincroft and before that was an educator in the Orange Public Schools.

He also said Guglietti is a Kean University graduate who earned a master's in educational leadership from Concordia University.

"We're thrilled to have him continue growing as a leader in our community and are excited about the contributions he'll make to the students and families of Bridgewater Ritan," Beers said.

Beers also introduced Mawn as a new addition to the district's administrative team.

He said Mawn most recently served as an assistant principal at Roxbury High School, where he led a school of more than 1,300 students and founded an aviation academy that earned national recognition as an ITA STEM school of excellence.

"It's with great enthusiasm that I introduce you to Dr. Matthew Mourn, who's an accomplished educational leader whose depth of experience and commitment to student success make him an exceptional addition to the Bridgewater Ritan team," Beers said.

Beers said Mawn holds a doctorate in curriculum and instruction from Liberty University and has a background in instructional leadership, school improvement, teacher development, and grant writing.

He said Mawn secured more than $100,000 in competitive funding to expand learning opportunities for students at Roxbury.

"We're proud to welcome Dr. Mann to our community and look forward to the energy, expertise, and vision he'll bring to our students and staff," Beers said.
