BRIDGEWATER, NJ - The Bridgewater Township Planning Board will hold its regular meeting Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Municipal Building, with two new land development applications set for initial hearings.
The board will first take up several resolutions, including a courtesy review for a new administration building proposed by the Somerset Raritan Valley Sewerage Authority at 50 Polhemus Lane, along with two pending applications: a preliminary and final site plan from New Jersey American Water Company at 100 Polhemus Lane, and a preliminary and final major subdivision application from Rann Moshea at 59 Cornell Blvd.
Two applications are scheduled for initial hearings. Mark Muller has applied for a minor subdivision and lot line adjustment covering properties at 2114 Primrose Lane and 1001 Vosseller Avenue. Viscofan USA Inc. has applied for a preliminary and final major site plan with bulk variances at 141 Southside Avenue.
The board will also hold an executive session as part of Tuesday's meeting. Application documents are available for public review at the Municipal Building during business hours or on the township's website.
