April Junior Golf Clinics at Neshanic Valley

The Somerset County Park Commission professional golf staff will offer golf clinics for juniors age 7 to 15 years, focusing on the three main elements of the game.

Run by Neshanic Valley Golf Course Learning Center PGA Professional Fred Glass and his staff of teaching professionals, the clinics are offered for 90-minutes on consecutive Saturdays (April 6, 13, 20, and 27) or Sundays (April 7, 14, 21, and 28). Sessions run from 12:00 Noon to 1:30 P.M.

Instruction will begin on the putting green and progress to chipping and driving over the 4-week period. All instruction will take place at the Callaway Golf Learning Center at Neshanic Valley, 2301 South Branch Road, Neshanic Station, NJ.

Fee for either the Saturday or Sunday program series is $160.00.

In addition, openings remain in the Somerset County Summer Junior Golf Program, the longest running and most successful junior instructional program in the area. The 2019 summer program includes clinics, camps, and on course play at the world class Neshanic Valley Learning Center and Academy Course. The goal of the program is to give girls and boys the chance to learn the basics of a game they can play and enjoy for a lifetime. Early registration is recommended for all programs as classes quickly reach capacity.

The Neshanic Valley Learning Center and Callaway Golf Performance Center is a state-of-the-art fitting, practice, and play facility that features a double-ended driving range with grass and mat hitting areas on each end, a 16,000 square foot putting green, a practice facility including bunkers and three chipping greens, and two practice holes. The Learning Center is also home to the HDGolf simulator, providing the opportunity to play courses from around the world regardless of the weather.
