Beer Fest Is Back After 2 Year COVID Hiatus In Somerville
The craft beer festivall will feature many craft breweries as well as seltzers, ciders, meads, sangrias, and more.

SOMERVILLE, NJ — After a two-year hiatus due to the COVID pandemic, Tapastre's Downtown Somerville Craft Beer Fest is back.
The festival returns on Saturday, June 18 from 1 to 9:30 p.m. on North Bridge St. It will feature many craft breweries as well as seltzers, ciders, meads, sangrias, and more.
There will also be food, giant beer pong and other games, and music all day with The Big Fuss and J.J. Lynch Band.

Admission is $15 if purchased in advance via Eventbrite, $18 at the door and includes your sample mug.
Samples (4 ounces) are priced between $2 and $5 and full pours will be between $7 and $9.

The event is cash only, no credit cards. No bulky strollers or dogs allowed.

There will also be a craft cocktail class running at 2, 4, and 6 p.m. each with a different theme and with a very limited amount of tickets available. Each session is taught by one of Tapastre's award-winning bartenders and will consist of explanations and demonstrations of 3 different cocktails.
Participants will then sample all three and choose one to learn to make. Tickets are $30 and includes the class, the 3 cocktail samples, the cocktail you choose to make and a swag bag with goodies to take home. The themes are:
2 p.m.: Brunch-tails
4 p.m.: Day Drinking
6 p.m.: Night Caps
Event is open to all ages, 21+ with ID to drink. Children 12 and under are free, 12-20 must purchase a non-drinker admission for $5. Anyone under 18 must have parental supervision.
