SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ — Frigid temperatures between 0 and 10 degrees will linger through Wednesday.

"A light breeze in several areas results in wind chills at or below zero early this morning. Bitterly cold conditions continue right through Wednesday," according to the US National Weather Service Philadelphia/Mount Holly.
