Jack Tagmouti of Bound Brook is coming up on the second anniversary of owning 100 Steps Supper Club + Raw Bar in Cranford. The restaurant was already well known when he purchased it but he and executive chef Joe Beninato continue to evolve the restaurant and menu. The two talked with Cranford Radio about their experiences and their plans to keep the restaurant fresh and progressive.
