Bouquets, Ballads, And Bites To Benefit Bridgewater Woman's Club
The Bridgewater Woman's Club will host a floral show, raffles and a baby item drive at PeopleCare Center.
BRIDGEWATER, NJ — The Bridgewater Woman’s Club is inviting residents to a fundraising event at the PeopleCare Center, 120 Finderne Ave., featuring floral designer and entertainer John Newman.
The event is scheduled on Nov. 15 from 1 to 4:30 p.m. and will include floral demonstrations, music, raffles and refreshments, according to the club’s announcement.
Newman will create floral arrangements while singing Broadway ballads and holiday tunes during the afternoon program.

The event will also include raffle baskets, the 10 newly created floral arrangements, a 50/50 raffle and a lottery card raffle. Snack bites and soft drinks will be served.
Admission is $35 per person, and the club said cash or checks only will be accepted.

Reservations are required. Residents can contact Janet at 732-718-7278 or Jane at 973-713-4297 for tickets and reservations, according to the announcement.
The fundraiser will also support Moms Helping Moms through a donation drive tied to admission.
Attendees who bring a baby care item with their admission ticket will receive one free lottery card raffle ticket, with a maximum of three per person.
All proceeds from the event will benefit its Charity Fund, which works to support families, especially women and children.
The Bridgewater Woman’s Club described itself as a non-profit service organization that supports local, state, national and international charities.
The organization said it is a member of the GFWC and the NJSFWC and is also welcoming new members.
