Bridgewater 14U Panthers National Championship Sendoff Planned
Bridgewater is hosting a sendoff on Wednesday for the Panthers Baseball team as they head to Iowa to compete in the national championship.
BRIDGEWATER, NJ — The Bridgewater 14U Panthers baseball team is going to the national championship and the township wants to send them off with a celebration on Wednesday.
A sendoff is being planned for Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. at Prince Rodgers ball field at 1236 Prince Rodgers Ave. in Bridgewater.
The Bridgewater 14U Panthers team won the State Championship on July 17 in Westfield where they won over the Monroe team with a 3-2 score. They also won the Middle Atlantic Regional Championship in Somers Point on July 27.

Now they are headed to the 2021 Babe Ruth World Series in Ottumwa, Iowa which takes place from Aug. 14 to 21.
