The first class is free. Then Lisa Terrie-Toole will be donating 10 percent of class proceeds to the Somerset Regional Animal Shelter.
BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Lisa Terrie -Toole has two passions - fitness and animals. Now she is launching a new class that will merge both of her passions.

She will then continue the class for a 6-week session and will donate 10 percent of the proceeds to the Somerset Regional Animal Shelter.

She had a yellow Labrador for 15.5 years but had to put him down in 2021.
"I can't bring myself to own my own pet just yet," said Terrie -Toole. However, she still wants to help other pets.
"I always say if I spend any time at an animal shelter I will come home with a dozen dogs. I desperately just want to help," said Terrie -Toole.
Her new class is for all levels and will be a combination of 1 hour of balance, strength, and stretch.
"The exercises will help increase flexibility like yoga. There is a lot of balance work on one leg. Some strength, core, upper body, but no weights," said Terrie -Toole.
She prefers using exercises such as downward dog and plank work that use body weight.
