Luke literally graduated a few weeks ago when he signed his first contract with Cinncinatti.

“I think a lot of people who play division 1, dream to play professional soccer,” Luke said. “It was more of a dream than a goal at first. But as I continued to get better it became a goal.”

He is currently in Florida practicing for preseason with his first game on March 26.

Luke points to his family for inspirtation as they are very sports-centric.

His sister is playing division 1 field hockey at the University of Albany and his brother is also going to Monmouth University to play soccer.

“We are so proud of him,” said Luke’s father Jim. “He deserves this opportunity, as he has worked towards it since he was playing club soccer for the BSA Panthers. We applaud him for not giving up on his dream!”
