2,977 Flags In Commemoration Of 9/11 To Be Placed In Bridgewater
Bridgewater is inviting residents to take part in this event to honor the victims and heroes of the 9/11 attacks.
BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Bridgewater residents are invited to help the township place roughly 2,977 flags American flags at the township municipal complex in commemoration of the victims and heroes of the 9/11 attacks.
Each of the flags represents one victims lost in the attack.
The event will be held on Sunday, Sept. 11 at 11 a.m. The ceremony will be held at the portion of the municipal complex nearest Garrettson Road.

This will be the second year the township will host the flag placement ceremony and the 21st 9/11 ceremony.
