Bridgewater Mom Of 5 Reopens Dance Studio In Town
Spotlight Dance Academy Of NJ is moving to a new location in Bridgewater and is hosting a grand re-opening celebration on Saturday.
BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Bridgewater mom and business owner, Catherine Heldt Ebel, is hosting a grand re-opening celebration for her dance studio on Sunday in Martinsville.
The mother of five started Spotlight Dance Academy of NJ in 2013 in the Martinsville section of Bridgewater.
“I wanted it to be affordable and be in line for my own kids,” Ebel said. “I didn’t want parents to have to pay a mortgage payment to have their kids dance.”

Her studio has grown so much in the past few years that she moved it across the street to 1910 Washington Valley Road, Suite 4B in the Martinsville section of Bridgewater.
The new location offers more space for expanded classes offered for walkers up until adults.

“There is something for everyone,” Ebel said. “We have recreational classes as well as a competition team.”
There is also an unlimited option, where parents can pay a set fee to take unlimited dance classes per week.
A closed circuit television system is also set up for parents to watch their children from a waiting area without the kids seeing them so they are not distracted.
The grand-reopening will be held on April 2 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. where giveaways such as a free year of tuition, dance-wear, coupons will be offered. All children that attend will also get a free coupon for a slice of pizza at Panatieri's Pizza.
