The BRHS marching band has been working very hard each week since August to fine tune and perfect their performance, Apollo Unleashed.

They have been steadily improving each week with further enhancements to the show. The band endured long practices in the rain and high winds this weekend before finally competing late on Saturday evening in the NJ State Yamaha Cup held at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ.

The BRHS Marching Band was the last band to compete that evening and captured 1st place with an overall score of 90.95 and a caption award for music performance.

The band also competed last week in the Band of America (BOA) Mid Atlantic Regional Competition and qualified as a finalist and will be traveling to Indianapolis on 11/13-11/16 for BOA Grand Nationals. Wish the band good luck as they finish a tremendous season with one last competition in the Grand Nationals!
