Bridgewater-Raritan Named Among Best Public High Schools In NJ: Niche
Niche's released its latest rankings for the top high schools in New Jersey. See where Bridgewater-Raritan High School lands on the list:
BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Bridgewater-Raritan Regional High School is ranked among the top 40 public high schools in New Jersey, according to Niche's 2023 Best Schools and Districts rankings.
Bridgewater-Raritan Regional High School ranked 40th out of 425 for best public high schools in New Jersey and 580 out of 20,032 in America.
Locally, Bridgewater-Raritan ranks as the 3rd best high school in Somerset County. The school has 2,747 students and a 12:1 student-teacher ratio, according to Niche.com.

Niche said its rankings differ from others that rely almost exclusively on test scores and academic performance in that it also includes input from students, alumni and parents, as well as quantitative data from sources such as the U.S. Department of Education to evaluate teachers, resources and facilities. Niche incorporated nearly 2.5 million school reviews from students, parents and teachers — the largest online collection of school reviews, according to the platform.
