Bridgewater-Raritan Soccer Standout Reese Reimann Earns Scholar All-American Honor

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Bridgewater-Raritan High School graduate Reese Reimann has added another honor to her resume as she begins her college women’s soccer career at the University of Delaware.

Reimann received notice on July 20 that she was named to the High School Soccer Scholar All-American List by United Soccer Coaches, the national coaches association.

Coach Sean Casey said Reimann was one of 10 girls soccer players from New Jersey to receive the recognition.

The award followed a standout high school career for the Class of 2026 graduate, who played four years for Bridgewater-Raritan’s girls soccer team as a center midfielder.

During her time with the Panthers, Reimann was honored on the United Soccer Coaches All-American Team and was named the North Jersey Section 2 Player of the Year.

She was also voted among the Top 20 players in the state for three seasons, named team MVP three times, and received Skyland Conference All-Division First Team honors for three seasons.

Reimann finished her high school career with 52 goals and 25 assists from the center-midfield position.

She helped lead Bridgewater-Raritan to the North Jersey Section 2, Group 4 state sectional tournament final in both her junior and senior seasons. Bridgewater-Raritan finished 14-9 this past fall.

Reimann left for Delaware on July 17 as she began the next step in her soccer career.

She is scheduled to return to New Jersey for the Blue Hens’ first exhibition game on Wednesday, Aug. 5, at Rider University in Lawrenceville.

Casey praised Reimann in a statement shared after the latest recognition.

"Very few student-athletes reach this level of excellence. Earning Scholar All-American recognition speaks to her character, work ethic, and ability to balance the demands of high-level soccer with academic achievement," Casey said. "As a coaching staff, we couldn't be happier for her. We look forward to watching her grow as a person and as a player at the University of Delaware."
