Bridgewater-Raritan Students Show Support for Breast Cancer Awareness

BRTV and Key Club host "Spook for a Cure" party and raise $250 by selling T-shirts to show support for Breast Cancer Awareness.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Bridgewater-Raritan High School's television club, BRTV, and the school's Key Club joined forces this past week to show support for Breast Cancer Awareness.

The clubs threw a party with a cause on Oct. 25 in the school's large cafeteria. The party, titled Spook for a Cure, featured a DJ, food, drinks and Halloween themed games.

In addition, the clubs sold Pink BRTV t-shirts during the month.

All of the money collected from the Spook for a Cure event and t-shirt sales were donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. The amount of the donation was $250.
