BRIDGEWATER, NJ — This Bridgewater restaurant is getting creative in its hiring process by offering employees a chance to win a four-day, three-night all-inclusive vacation.

"We feel that dining out is not just showing up to any restaurant to eat or drink. It's an experience. Not many restaurants understand what a true dining experience is,"said Kevin Trimarchi, owner of 22 West Tap and Grill at 1601 Route 22 in Bridgewater.

The restaurant is offering a Server Incentive Competition that encompasses both sales and up-selling items. If they win, the restaurant will send the employee and a guest somewhere in the Caribbean on an all-inclusive four days and three nights.

"We want to boost our customer relations both by word of mouth and on Google. 4.3 stars is not good enough. We are excited to do this for our service staff because it's their hard work that drives our success," said Trimarchi.
