COVID Vaccine Clinic Will Be Held For Bridgewater-Raritan Students
The Bridgewater-Raritan Regional School District with the Middle-Brook Regional Health Commission is sponsoring a clinic on Jan. 19.
BRIDGEWATER, NJ — A pediatric COVID Vaccination Clinic will be held for Bridgewater-Raritan students on Jan. 19.
The clinic is being sponsored by the Bridgewater-Raritan Regional School District and the Middle-Brook Regional Health Commission and Green Brook Family Medicine will be providing the COVID vaccinations.
- What: COVID Vaccine Clinic
- Date: Wednesday, Jan. 19 from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m.
- Location: Eisenhower School – Multi-Purpose Room
- Registration: To assure adequate supplies for everyone attending registration for the Pediatric Pfizer COVID vaccine is required at bridgewaterschool-covid-vax.timetap.com.

- Please bring your insurance card to the clinic. The vaccine is free of charge.
- A parent/guardian is required to be present with a child.
- Dr. Frank or Dr. Cook will be available at the clinic to address any COVID vaccine-related questions.
