BRIDGEWATER, NJ — The Bridgewater Woman's Club made a $1,000 donation to the Hugs for Brady Foundation.

As part of that distribution, a Brady Buggy was donated to St. Peter’s Hospital in New Brunswick.

The women’s club chose the elephant wagon design because the elephant represents good luck and protection. Additionally, they donated books, infant items, work/coloring books and crayons and other items as requested by hospital staff.

Designed by the Hugs for Brady team, Brady Buggy’s are used in pediatric care to provide children with a safe, familiar means of transportation within a hospital setting. They are equipped with a trailer hitch to tow IV poles safely and securely, allowing kids to be more mobile.

Children can sit comfortably in the whimsically designed wagons and bring along a toy or stuffed animal.
