Bridgewater World War II Veteran Passes Away

Bridgewater, NJ - Joseph J. Tamburelli, 88, died peacefully on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at RWJ-Somerset Hospital in Somerville. Born in Pottsville, PA to the late Joseph and Dorothy Tamburelli, Joe lived in Bound Brook and in 1959 moved toBridgewater. Joe was a US Army Veteran serving in World War II. He retired in 1990 from American Cyanamid as a master electrician.

He is predeceased by his wife Doris, who passed away in 2001 and his daughter, Judy Fisco who passed away in 2006. Joe is survived by his children, Joseph Tamburelli and Joyce Zydallis, and grandchildren, Jesse Zydallis, Donnie Fisco, Dion Fisco.

Visitation will be 8-10AM, Monday, July 18, 2016 at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 East Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807, followed by funeral services at 10AM at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Resurrection Cemetery in Piscataway, NJ
