Burlington To Open In April, Hiring At Somerville Circle Location

RARITAN, NJ — Burlington Stores is now hiring for its first Somerset County location opening in April at the former Toys "R" Us location in Raritan on the Somerville Circle.

The store is looking to hire about 70 new associates, according to a Burlington representative.

Positions include Customer Service Supervisor, Loss Prevention Security Associate, Retail Sales Associate, Cashier Associate, Retail Receiving Supervisor, and Retail Receiving Associate.

Burlington will occupy the 46,000-square-foot free-standing box at the Somerville Circle Shopping Center located at 300 Route 202, at the intersection of Routes 202/206 and Route 28.

The shopping center is also home to Staples, Petco, P. C. Richard & Son, Carter's, Jersey Mike's, Panera Bread, Burger King, Five Below and Harmon Discount. There is only one, 3,000-square-foot space available for leasing.

Burlington recently opened locations in Princeton and Union last month.

"Off price retailers are thriving in the current marketplace, and Burlington – which is aggressively expanding its footprint – is no exception," said LMC Senior Leasing Representative Vanessa Fernandez-Kelty.
