Business Partnership Adds Marketing Director to Staff

To increase the effectiveness of the information communicated to membership and the business community at large, the Somerset County Business Partnership has hired Melissa DeFreest as Director of Marketing and Communications.

DeFreest is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Masters Degree in Corporate and Organizational Communication. She has previously worked for Overlook Foundation and Bionical, LLC and resides in Hillsborough, New Jersey.

Her primary responsibilities will include development and implementation of a strategic communications plan that will encompass social media, email, and traditional marketing initiatives.
